Let's create simple magazine layout using InDesign CC 2017.

Step 1:
File -> new...
Step 2:
Pages -> craeet new Master Type -> Insert special character repeat for the 2nd page Double-click the Master and apply to all pages
Step 3:
InDesign -> Preference -> Grids (proklad) Expand paragraphs panel (at the bottom align to baseline Grid) set text (change text frame options to 2 columns - CMD + B)
In the paragraph panel drop cap number of lines to 2
Step 8
Click InDesign - prefernces - grid and set the options to fit your text Double click paragraph, click "P" symbol and in the top tab click align to baseline grid.
Preview your final work by pressing cmd + W. Well done!
